sportsinfra.store is a B2B marketplace that connects buyers with verified suppliers of sports infrastructure products. We do not handle shipping or logistics directly. All shipping, freight, and delivery services are arranged either:

• By the supplier/vendor of the product
• Or, in certain cases, by the buyer through their preferred logistics provider

 

2. Disclaimer: Third-Party Shipping

All product shipments are fulfilled by independent third-party logistics partners. As a result:

• sportsinfra.store is not responsible for the shipping process, delivery timelines, or condition of goods in transit
  
• Any delays, damages, or loss during transportation are the sole responsibility of the shipment carrier
  
• Buyers must coordinate directly with the logistics provider or the supplier for tracking, unloading arrangements, or in case of transit issues

 

3. Transit Damage or Delays

In the event of visible damage or delay:

• Buyers must inspect goods immediately at the time of delivery
  
• Any damage must be recorded on the delivery receipt and photographic evidence should be taken
  
• Buyers are advised to file a claim directly with the logistics provider
  
• sportsinfra.store does not offer compensation or resolution for transit-related issues
  

 

4. Shipping Insurance (Recommended)

We strongly recommend that buyers request shipping insurance from the carrier or supplier for high-value or custom orders. This helps cover potential loss or damage during transit.

 

5. Delivery Locations & Access

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery site:

• Is accessible for heavy vehicles or container trucks
  
• Has appropriate space and equipment for unloading (e.g., forklift or labor)
  

Failure to provide proper access may result in extra charges or failed delivery.
