You'll be the backbone of our post-sale experience, coordinating orders, communicating with vendors and customers, and making sure every delivery goes smoothly. This role demands sharp operational thinking and the ability to communicate fluently across languages and stakeholders.
What you'll do:
• Track and manage orders end-to-end — from confirmation to delivery and installation coordination
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and logistics partners in Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, and English as needed
• Resolve order issues, delays, and escalations promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of order status, delivery timelines, and customer feedback
• Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth fulfillment
• Identify bottlenecks in the process and suggest improvements
What we're looking for:
• Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, and English - spoken and written
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - patient, clear, and professional
• Good understanding of operations, logistics, or supply chain processes
• Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing multiple orders simultaneously
• Prior experience in e-commerce operations or order management is preferred
